Scott graduated from Binghamton University with a double major in History and Urban Planning. Scott attended Stetson University College of Law where he graduated 11th in his class. During law school, Scott worked as a law clerk for the City of Tampa Attorney's office and the Pinellas County Attorney's office. Scott was admitted to the Florida Bar in April 2016. He is also admitted to practice in federal court for the the Southern District of Florida
